Revan doesn't step away from Kira this time as they follow the realtor up the stairs and to the first of the three bedrooms. It's a nice room, spacious enough, and he tries to see it as Kira would.

She squeezes his hand before letting go, stepping around the room like she did the others and smiles slightly. "I like it."

"I like the Hawk," Revan says in a rather sing-song voice, and it's hard to tell if he's joking around or not, as the realtor leads them into the next bedroom, roughly the same size as the last.

She shoots him a glare before following the realtor to the next room, discussing room measurements and listening to the realtor prattle on about how this house is perfect for a family and blah blah blah.

"That's been said about every other house," Revan mumbles to Kira when he brushes past her to look out the window. He rather likes the place though. He's just not admitting it.

She smiles tightly at the realtor. "Is it all right if we get a feel for the house on our own? We won't be long..."

The realtor smiles and nods and moves out of the room.

Kira turns to Revan, hands on her hips, eying him. "So?"

He can feel her watching him, his gaze out the window, and he shrugs. "Do you like it?" he asks, as though she hasn't been saying she has all throughout the house.

She sighs and crosses her arms. "Yes. I do. Do you?"

Revan shrugs again. "I liked that other one."

And by that other one, he means that one they saw the other day; that more expensive one they definitely cannot afford even with the funds Revan has been withholding from Kira.

"But only by a little more," he adds as he turns and crosses to Kira, giving her a peck on the lips.

And then he strodes out of the room to go look at the master bedroom.

She just stands there for a moment, where he left her, and she stares out the window for a long moment.

After that she follows Revan into the master bedroom. "Well, we can't afford the other one. I liked that one too. But...I like this one too."

"So you've said. Several times." Revan frowns, turning to eye Kira. "Are you saying you want this one?"

"I'm saying we need a house. And I like this one the best out of all the ones we've seen." She takes a step forward. "I don't want to see anymore."

Revan crosses his arms over his chest, his frown deepening. "You make it sound like you want this one because you're tired of looking."

But he shrugs, dropping his arms back to his side. "I had excepted, I don't know, jumping up and down from you when we found the right place."

"It apparently doesn't work like that." She smiles softly. "But I like this one. It's just...empty. Wait till it turns into a home, then you'll get your jumping."

She reaches out to rub his arm. "I love it. It's the right place."

His frown has not faded. "I just want you to be sure. Because you're stuck here. For life. With me." Or until, y'know, they move and buy another house.

"I know." She says, nodding. "And that's what I want."

"It's got only three bedrooms," he points out. Three spacious bedrooms, but three bedrooms nonetheless. "What if we...ended up having another baby?"

"The girls can share," She points out, but looks slightly wide-eyed. "No...no more babies, though."

"I'm not thrilled at the idea of having more either," he says, dryly, "but we never exactly planned on the girls."

"Don't worry. We'll make plans from now on." She promises.

"That sounds kind of ominous," he says, eying her suspiciously before going to check out the lovely master bath.

"I'm just saying that I don't want anymore unplanned children." Kira says, following him.

"Well, we'll figure something out then," he says, standing in the shower and looking as though he's calculating the space in it. "Preferably a non-permanent solution."

She eyes him in the shower with a slight grin. "Don't worry. I wasn't planning on chopping anything off."

"I wouldn't let you chop anything off." And then he winks at her. "This shower fits two, easily."
