[M-OOM] The Ebon Hawk

By the time Revan and Kira got back to the Hawk, Ranthus having to return to duty later that night, Ellia and Kaelyn were fast asleep. It was a long day for the little ones, after all. So they were promptly tucked into their makeshift cribs and bestowed kisses and good-nights.

Revan, on the other hand, is not tired at all. Nor very talkative either. It was a long day for him too. Instead, after the girls are all settled in, he heads off without a word. He eventually ends up in the main compartment, looking over the navigational charts with a frown.

His mind is not really on planning a route home though.

He pokes back. "You stoppit."

"No, you stop it!" She steps back from him, warding his hands away.

"Fine," he says, holding his hands up in surrender. "I'll stop."

She eyes him. EYINGLY.

"Promise?"

Revan frowns. "You don't trust me?"

"With my life? Implicitly. But not to poke me again? Not so much." She grins.

He laughs. "Good, because you shouldn't."

And with that, he grabs for her again.

She lunges back, climbing on top of the pilot's chair, awaaaay from him.

He raises an eyebrow and leaps after her, reaching for her wrist just as she reaches the top of the chair.

"Waugh!" She tugs on her hand. "Lemme gooo."

"And why would I do that?" he asks, tugging her hand to deftly pull her off the chair and into his arms.

She falls gracefully into his arms and sighs. "Because you love me?"

"That's only a reason to hold on to you even more."

She grins, and shakes her head. "You're so corny, love."

She loves it though.

"Corny?" Revan scowls, only slightly put off. "I'm not...alright, maybe I am. But don't let it be publicly known." He has a reputation to look after, see. Still, he mutters, "Corny. Ha."

"Oh, who would I tell? I despise the media, after all." She says loftily, wrapping her arms around his neck.

"Our daughters when they're old enough to understand. Your little Jedi friends. Atton," he lists, wrapping his arms around her waist.

"Well, of course Atton." Kira concedes.

"Of course," he mimics, scowling again.

She leans forward and kisses him.

SCOWL NOW. Oh wait...he's stubborn. He may just do it, then.

He had only scowled to get a kiss out of her.

So of course he keeps doing so for another.

She kisses him again, quickly. "No more scowling now."

"No? Alright." His scowl easily morphs into a smile once more and he kisses her again for the sake of it.

She happily kisses him back, standing on her tiptoes a bit.

He pushes her back against the nearest panel, deepening the kiss, only to pull back after so long to ask: "Did you really think he was nice?"

It might seem like a question that comes out of nowhere, but it has been on his mind all night.
